Kevin A. Adamson was born in Atlanta, Georgia, later moving to Blairsville, Georgia, and then to Roanoke, Alabama, where he graduated from Handley High School. He went on to LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Management, and Marketing.  Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Kevin enrolled in the Masters program at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he earned his Masters of Business Administration in International Business and Management Solutions.

Upon graduation from Lynchburg College, Kevin began working at American Tire and Service Company, a subsidiary of Bridgestone/Firestone, where he quickly moved through the management ranks in stores throughout Alabama and Georgia. He left Bridgestone/Firestone to join the support staff at Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan.

Kevin left Sutherland after his acceptance to Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he became a member of the School's Trial Advocacy Board. During his law school career, he worked with Legal Aid Society from New York on a capital murder case in Talladega, Alabama, as well as with the law firm of Patterson & Patterson, P.C. in LaGrange, Georgia.

Kevin took a full-time position with Sandra Heath Taylor, Attorney at Law, in LaGrange, Georgia.  He spent a majority of his time representing hundreds of indigent criminal defendants, including trying both bench and jury cases to verdict on charges ranging from family violence battery to possession of marijuana. When he was not representing indigent criminal defendants, Kevin built a small plaintiff's practice, with most of his personal injury cases coming from Atlanta.  As a result, Kevin left LaGrange to open an office in Atlanta.

Presently, Kevin is actively involved as a leader in both state and national community service.  In 2000, he became a risk management specialist for the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, where he speaks on risk management in both business practices and traditional risk management issues facing Greek Organizations throughout an 18 state region.

Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Kevin is licensed to practice law in all state courts in the State of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Kevin focuses primarily on car wrecks, wrongful death, trucking wrecks, business torts, and medical malpractice.
